Level 3 Get A Dark Manic!!? 🙀

So yesterday I made a level 3 account for fun, and I disabled the xp so it won't level up. I was doing some missions, got all the way to red district with a friend and got dark manic mask.

I was wondering if I'm the first level 3 to get it or have anyone have done this before?
