U forgot to say mythics and arcane items drop very very rare from crates and elite goldenwarchest/ pirate chest I got hooks from crate.

Necroing Guides is impossible unless the author or writer of the guide has quit or left the game AND the forums and will be unable to update their guide. (Forever )
Lalarie was my best friend IG but he left,So unfortunately You have just Necroed this thread and Therefore Lalarie wont be updating it anymore.
