Hey! I'm not all that new to the game and just reached level 36 today, but I'm new on here! My name is Marilaxa feel free to add me here or on DL I wonder wondering though.. Why is it that you can't level up some powers? They'll say something such as the rank isn't available until level 41. If I'm not mistaken the current level cap is 36 right? So why is this? Just prep for the next update?
