    Default Geminid Meteor Shower [Fri 13 - Sat 14]

    To any of you who may be interested, there will be a meteor shower tomorrow night which is visible worldwide. The Geminid Meteor Shower will take place at approx. 13:00 UT on Friday the 13th, and go until about 10:00 UT Saturday. It will be at its peak at around 2:00 UT. During the peak, there will be about 80 to 120 per hour. This is almost 2 a minute, so it will be very easy to catch.

    Unlike most meteor showers, the Geminid comes from a near-Earth asteroid. They should be slow moving, so look up tomorrow night. (:
