new banner and LB suggestion

dear sts,i would like to suggest that you could prepare a banner for malaysian community,cause your game,arcane legend also have a big impact in our country.other than that i also like to suggest that you could include level for the character that were on LB top rank so we could know what level are they.just for information.i hope that all my suggestion can be consider by your side thank you.
