This is a horrible guide for warriors...notice that he is only level 30 and none of his skills are maxed out. Also, he probably does not have much real experience with a warrior.

Taunt and beckon are two entirely different skills. Taunt is an aggro generating move...which is very effective in long fights...and beckon is a crowd control move.

Beckon is to quickly position mobs around the board...with a mage, it is very effective if they freeze the mobs and you follow up with a stomp, for a high damage combo. Or it can be used to take mobs off of your healers or dps...but keep in mind that most dps do not know how to manage their damage output...so it's only a quick relief...you can also follow up with stomp to keep them off the dps/healers...but if you are over exerting yourself, let them die and focus on protecting the people that are being beneficial to the group.

Taunt is an aggro generating move used for more for keeping bosses off of the birds and dps...on long fights spam taunt every time it comes up...it really does make a difference.

The main advantage of playing a warrior is crowd control. Pinning mobs on to wall and corners is the most effective ways of cc. De-buff are also another powerful way to help your party...if you are dropping crushing blow, hell scream, and mega slash than whoever has primary threat (which should be you because you should be also spamming taunt) should be taking little to no damage.

As a warrior in it's current state...don't even think about doing damage. You're primary job is to manage the crowd control by making sure the mobs are in the right place, bosses are not running all around the board, and that mobs are off the dps and healers. It's a strategy role rather than a damage role...think of it as you are making other classes jobs easier.

Frankly, warriors are useless in terms of damage...if you wanna play that role stop playing a warrior as start playing a bird or mage. Warriors are very weak and it is best a managing cc.
