AL Crashing on iPad

So recently my cousin has been asking why his AL didn't start up on his iPad, so i thought, delete and reïnstalling, that didn't help, maybe resetting his iPad, didn't help either, i have searched the webs and found nothing...
I tap the AL APP Icon, it opens, black screen, crashes, home screen (ipad home screen)

So i'm kindly asking everyone if they know why it doesn't load up..
Know a solution? Please comment !
