Amra-Zu : [Dead City] Arcanum Castle and Tower of Mardrom
Argex : [Nordr] Oltgar Keep and Hall of Valheim
First Mate Ripper : [Kraken Isles] Grog Beach and Skull Cove

Additional information:
Skratch: spawn in tower of mardrom (I believe it's on 2nd floor where skeletons spawn from the floor)
First mate ripper: Ancient Marine Reef ( the second right turn, that most of us skip and ignore )
