Im going to L56 Pvp because 35 SUCKED.
So ill share my builds that i use throughout my twink.

Nippleduster's build
6 buffs 6 heal 6 light 5 fire 3 drain 1 Frostbite

My old build
L35 Int halloween set, voodoo pin, shiver wing or shrunken head. (Evidence works)
75 Int --- rest dex
6 buffs 6 light 6 heal 6 fire 1 each ice 6 heal

My 2nd old build
L35 Int halloween helm, L35 Voodoo robe, L35 Voodoo pin, Evidence bracer or shrunken head
112 Int --- Rest dex
6 buffs 6 light 6 heal 5 fire 3 drain 1 of each ice

Drain nuke build
L35 Int halloween Helm, L35 Voodoo pin, L35 voodoo robes, L35 voodoo doll
112 Int --- rest dex
6 buffs 6 light 6 drain 6 heal 1 fire 1 each ice
