Pocket Legends Economy (Inflation)

I have been thinking, since STS has already announced there will be no new updates/content, doesn't that mean since there will not be a gold sink the inflation will be insane. The only bit of a savior we have is the 9.999m gold cap for each character. Even with that said, I feel like within another year of absolutely no new items coming into the game, and so much gold coming in, everyone will just have so much gold since there is really no way of taking gold out of the PL "economy". With so much gold coming in prices would naturally rise? Am I right?

Not really sure on this, I would love to hear all of your thoughts and even predictions on what will happen to the pocket legends economy after hearing there will not be any more updates.
