[Idea] Fast change of skill

I do not know if anyone has had this idea. But I would like to be able to exchange the quick skills. Change a fireball at lightning. So I'm suggesting skills icon changes. So with three clicks you can change a skill without losing what's going on in the game. Look at the pictures.
