Bored and angry blockers destroying pvp,solutions here

Hi guys to those pvp they know how ignoring it is getting blocked all the time cause opponents cant put up to an even players fight,well here 2 things sts can adjust to pvp maps ,they announced many good changes,i hope they come true and we see more good changes.Well for start:
1)when a player enters a map will have 20secs to pick a team,if the team he wants is full ,he goes out usually,though if he is so<< fair >>and wants to block ,this way if he sits to block when 20secs expire he will automatically be kicked from current pvp map and will return to the previous npc map he was
2)in case he joins the opposite team and stays to block ,players of the team will be given the right through an icon next to his hp/mana bar to be kicked from the map.
But in order for this to happen all players of team must vote yes for kick out of map,if one press no,player wont be kicked
This option will be available only when team reaches max number of players, ctf(4+1the onevoted to be removed),and on tdm respectively
Each player will have the right to vote someone for remove other from pvp map once per map and around 5 times daily ,so no abuses made,ty for reading,leave ur comments
