I was wondering about past event and the people that get those awesome looking banners. So i started to wounder do the overall top 25 get them, or do the top 25 of their class get them. Anyone with factual knowledge of this please let me know, because i dont want to spend millions of gold on a "i think" response running an event to actually not getting one. Thanx!
