    Default Drops in Skeller not scaling correctly

    A solo character, level 30, vs. Meathead in SKELLER gets a L33 drop. Same character solo vs. Xaxis in SKELLER gets a L34. They should be getting L31 and L32 respectively. Due to this bug, the L31 and L32 versions of Skeller items no longer drop (if they ever did). Thanks to Fluff for pointing this out.
