Different idea for awakenings

I was just thinking that it might be cool to have another form of awakenings on weapons, rings and amulets in the form of PROCs.
In this system, the awakening would be a proc that could be anything from +2 Dex/int/str to maybe something more unique and strong like a proc that gives 10% damage for 3 seconds or stuns one nearby enemy.

Other proc options/ideas for the awakening table:
+5 Dex
+5 int
+5 str
+5 mana Regen for (x) amount of seconds
+5% luck reroll
+5% gold loot
+5% damage
+5% armor
Stun one nearby enemy for 2 seconds
Cause a target to panic/bleed
Reduce armor of nearby enemy or enemies

And so on. The point is a bunch of possible PROCs that you could aquire for your gear.

Obviously it would need to be balanced so not please no hate comments or drama on how this will destroy PvP and so on. THIS IS JUST AN IDEA to spark some new stuff and creativity. Treat it as such.
