It would be unfair to release them again.
1. Majority of the players who capped at 36 cap don't even play anymore.
2. It's unfair that scammers get to buy those items cause mostly scammers have the money to.
3. It's not an idea of it getting dropped from easy-to-farm places but earn them in some way.
