Specials prices not displayed correctly in iTunes/store

Hey all. I click on Specials and it says the map packs are on sale for $0.99. When you click purchase, it takes you to the store main screen. When you navigate to the maps they're $0.99. When you go to purchase it in iTunes, it lists $1.99. Either that's incorrect or the wording is bad in the description of the sale price. Any idea which one it is? I don't want to buy it if I can save $1.
