As the title says, i know many peoplpe complain about it, but the weapon is totally fair for pve it let the tanks be more useful and let us play more, so we can get party easier its not nice or even balanced if tanks are totally left out from pve .. and about pvp i tried versus a rogue with new daggers arc 71 and he was able to kill me twice it end up 2-2, he wait my proc is down stun me and gg so its possible to beat tanks, issue is rogue are used to be the best and kill everything easy as best class spamming skills brainless nw they gotta learn some timing seems, thank you
