I don't think a crit debuff for Curse is a mastery that is effective when it is compared to other masteries such as Fireball or Gale Force mastery. Curse is one of the more underused skills in the game, and the crit debuff doesn't make it any more desirable because of how situational it is. A suggestion to change Curse mastery is to give the mage casting Curse a stacking damage buff depending on how many enemies are cursed. For example, 1 enemy would give a 5% damage buff and 5 enemies would give a 25% damage buff
