Deep marsh bar

Hello Futumsh,
Can you please check if there is something wrong with the deep marsh bar. The cool down is increasing month after month.
It took 10 days to open last deep marsh and the current one is already above 10 days and the bar is only 75%, it will most probably take few more days to open deep marsh. Please fix this and reduce the time to open it, it used to be twice a week thing.
