Increase death count penalty in PvP

We know that leaving the PvP map will increase your death penalty by one.
Some players leave when their health is low. Yes, they did get the death but the opposite team didn't get the kill.
Increasing death count penalty will make the player to give in for one death instead of leaving for more deaths.
My suggestion is to increase into three or five.
