New arcane weapon stats

I just wanted to point out that the new arcane bow, staff and sword dont have the same stats increase as the last few arcane weapons of their genre.
it looks to me that the Tainted weapons stats were taken into consideration for upgrade instead of previous Arcanes.

Is this an issue or its a step taken to balance the class stats for level 76?
Will we see the same changes for new arcane armors as well?
