    Default mage skill improvement debuff

    I having been thinking a mage debuff skill for a while... If mage skill can have a debuff skill like the "sorcerer" debuff orb in maus that will be great .. in the form of replacing mastery skill like grand protection or add-on to time shift chance to spawn it but this orb debuff should not be allowed to be cancelled by any pet's AA like glow etc... till it times out.

    just my two cents worth of suggestions.
