I say unlikely because Honor PvP is only for level 76, it’s really difficult to find an empty room.

Also, it’s possible because players could have multiple devices and use them to go on opposite sides and get free kills like that way too.

Also, there are people in pier selling pvp kills. Have seen em myself. Would be very easy to just go pay them "x" gold for "x" honor pvp kills
