I open Plat egg to get some Plat coz I want to Change my name, and I got heroic Harry. But suddenly after a few minutes or an hour. After I change my name I can't find the two heroic Harry. I would like to send email to AL support or developer. But idk how. I hope they will notice my post. I'm so happy that I got egg but suddenly it's gone.
