Please redesign this proc?

Arcane 76 pendant, proc looks nice but its very very hard to see even on a huge pc screen. I think make it like 76 aa proc but blue circle or arc 76 belt proc so we can see when its active. Proc is activated in the pic below its the dex symbols being spammed.
You can see even zoomed in its a bit difficult to reconize at first, so imagine in pvp or big group of enemies in pve.
