Procs description more detailed

Procs should be more detailed, showing up what does it gives, like some description says "gives damage, health and speed", this is not enough, we need to know exactly the % of each buff to see if it's worth. Like happened with weapons 81, where ppl needed to check youtubers test their weapons because we do not know how it works or what buffs it gives, this will keep happening with many new stuff that are coming. So this is my suggestion, more detailed description and btw this is a good idea for pets too... I've got this idea by looking at new myth belt 81 proc, that doesn't even says what it gives(at least in preview).
