Why nerf this?

Can we do a 20% haste? Its probably the max limit to do on a pet I guess. Or change its hb to something useful for war like (16% haste, 23% damage stacking, 18% damage reduction stacking, + 40 dex int str, + 55 primary stat.)

We'll be doing a +15% sustained Haste with this pet.
