SO! The idea is to dress up your character as any famous person , from Kobe Bryant to Bob the Olympic Torch Holder.
Winner will receive: at LEAST 400,000. I have 1 Million ready for this contest, but it's not guaranteed.

I'd like to have a Panel of 5 QUALIFIED Judges. Each judge would have 3 votes. If you are not qualified, or something, you will be a judge who's vote counts as 1/2 point.
