If you use /stats it now detects all sources of luck to add to your stats, so that is working fine. However, in chat it shows up as 1% of what the value should be. This happens both above and below 100% luck on your character. For example, if someone has 100% luck it reads 1.00% or if they have 50% it reads 0.50%.
I think it might be happening because it is trying to use the same system as xp does now, (for example using 1.15x instead of 15% above base) but still using the percentage sign.
