Double Chance on Finding the Elusive bosses mini event

In the past such event happened at least once after community's request to complete the Elusive 4 achievement.

It was quite long ago and years after that people would probably appreciate such thing happening again as weekend mini event (something like Grinder's event now) to find and complete Elusive 4, Evasive 6, Phantom 5. Would mostly help with Hardcore achievements.
