suggestion on marianos bow

I don't know if this was mentioned before, but is there a possibility of making the charged attack, (after the debuff is applied) using marianos bow, only hit the "marked" targets?
Or/and make the rogue hit the target that is the nearest (while using a bow). I think this would be helpful when fighting Rahabkor, considering even when I'm directly in front of the boss i hit mobs that are further down instead.
