I have 44/44 quests with just the two dailies in Numa Prime Outpost. The little checkmark at the side says to do the crystal daily in Outpost. BUT. In USC Blackstar Base, the quest arrow below my character directs me to the Auction Terminal...sorta...It directs me to the two stacked boxes a little by the entrance on the left.
