Lol I just came to this thread to say I just found an Elite Chest in one of the cycorp levels. I cant remember the name but its the one with the Soda Machine NPC. I didnt get a green But another person in the group (forgoten) got gallowtech shoes. It was in the area that the Engineer (me) has to repair the terminal to get in. two chests inside. 1 was elite.

Btw, forgoten was the name of person who got Gallow shoes. Not that I forgot the name haha
