Dragon Sets and Cap rewards.

Since Fossil Egg now has the ability to be converted into a level 1 vanity I was wondering if we could expand that idea for all 6 dragon sets and all 5 cap rewards. The items in question

L.60 Blue Green Gold Red dragon sets
L.71 Black Dragon vanity set
L.56 Crown Of Persistence
L.61 Shield Of Hallows
L.66 Mount Fang Armor
L.71 Mantle Of Humania
L.71 Monarch Helm of Humania

Dragon sets being convertible to level 1 would more or less raise the market value and have more people running Mount Fang plat dungeon to farm them again. Sounds like a win win.
