A little help with a bug :) (Not for bug section :p)

Hey guys,

So JSL is voyaging out into SL deep space to terminate them inconvenient bugs we come across,

And I know one of the main ones is dying with 1/4-1/2 Health left in Shipyards.

When this happens again can you please note the following,

Whats going on when this happens?
Which Map?
Where to are you on the map? (Meaning the exact spot this occurred)
Did this only affect you or other members in the team?

Please try and provide Screen Shots!

And any other information you think should be noted!

If you could post your findings I would be eternally grateful! as this bug has outstayed its welcome, and is in need of extermination! which the Devs need our help to get the job done

We've seen the posts, but, to reproduce the issue it really helps to know what, specifically, was happening, where you were when you died (meaning, in the map) and did anyone else in your party die or was it just you?
