Heres my idea:
Have you ever had a person who didnt get back up during pve or pvp, and either the host left or no host?

New command:
/vote boot (name here) -reason here-

once someone typed this, the chatbox will say:
(your name here) wants to boot (latelunch) -reason-

you can either type
/yes
/no

How many votes do you need?

# of people
1 -------- cant boot
2 -------- cant boot
3 -------- 2 votes
4 -------- 3 votes
5 -------- 4 votes
6 -------- 5 votes
7 -------- 6 votes
8 -------- 7 votes
9 -------- 8 votes
10 -------- 9 votes
