Most used/least used power

I'm curious vamps....

#1:Can you tell me which are some of your MUST HAVE /LEAST USED powers?....In CTF/DM and in 3D MISSIONS.

#2:At level 25/26 are the last tier powers unlocked?


I think, I've finally found a use for CURSE....I use it to weaken DR.K....bad idea? please yay/nay.
