let us lock xp gain out

I think we should be able to lock out xp gain. Twinking in DL hasn't taken off and I think not being able to lock out xp is a big reason why. I have a toon that I'm trying to keep at level 10 but by keeping it at 10 I'm missing out on alot of things such as:

1) can't collect gold at the end of map. (Ok, this one is more of a hassle than a big deal)
2) can't do the nightly rewards because they give 50 xp.
3) can't do the ally things because they give xp.
4) not being able to finish all the 3d maps and not being able to do the ally's doesn't let me progress past the first 3 or 4 campaigns. Playing the same 3 or 4 campaigns is boring and makes me not want to play. Not playing = not spending plats.

Benefit to STS: Twinking starts to become popular in DL. Existing players will want to deck out their noob characters in vanities which they will spend Plats for (you guys like plats, right?). They will also spend Plats (I have your interest now, don't I?) on PLAT gear (ohh! he said PLAT again!) for their noobie noobs.

Also, you should give us a total of 3 free character slots AND lower the price of extra character slots (WHAT?! did he say LESS plats?!) At first it may seem like you'll be making less plats this way but as it is now people just create separate accounts and spend no plats on extra toons (what!!! what!!! NO PLATS!) But, this is a hassle for players and I think most would be willing to spend about 10 plats on an extra toon slot and not have the hassle of logging out, remember emails and passwords, etc. (hey, 10 plats is better than 0 plats).
