JEDI COUNCIL. Reborn and Shining!

Hi friends!

As i was planning long ago - the Jedi Council guild is reborn and active now:

700+ total members
8-20 members online !!

For those of you who might want to join i will tell you its structure, rules and cooool bonuses we have in our guild

GUILD STRUCTURE

GMs

There are two GMs in our guild and we switch our leadership monthly

Founder of the guild - VintageJedi (VintageAkbar is his alt)

And me - Flashbackflip


Officers

There are many of them. Sometimes i think that too many of them are inactive for too long. But most of them were with us first days of the game and now are wandering distant planets and unseen worlds

The most active and most recent officers' names will be given here:

Jahova - young and active officer. Kind and helpful. He knows much of this game. But for now he is deceased (device banned)... As it turned out he got involved in interstellar contraband trade (just like Luke with Han Solo) and was shot in the head while performing illegal operations.. We miss u bro..



Recruiters

Most of our guild are recruiters. This way they can actually contribute to the guild growth

If you are not a recruiter - pm me or use guild chat and i promote you instantly



Members

Quite a useless state of a guildie. I don't know why STS made it

In Jedi Council members are only those who once joined but never got active or just went M.I.A.



Basic Rules

NO begging
NO cyber-bullying
NO abusing ToS

YES having fun
YES helping anyone and everyone
YES trading in guild chat

Jedi Council IS NOT BOOTING for 'rushing' in PvP

POWER-LEVELLING is allowed but not too much - the best way to learn is personal experience. You need to know your skills well to be useful member

It's GREAT to be a RECRUITER in Jedi Council!

Here i will tell you why it is good for you personally

the thing is - we have an ongoing game in JC

Invite 5 members in guild and get 5.000 credits from the GM!

Rules are simple:

1) invite a member (alts are welcomed but does not count - we count people, not toons)

2) he must say the name of his recruiter in guild chat

3) as soon as you invited 5 members - you get 5.000 creds

NB) the game is on when a GM is online (i can be away from keyboard but i will read all messages later and count the numbers) or if an Officer is online - so he can count and tell me the numbers when i go online

Apart from this cool 'game' we occasionally have 'level up contests' when first who reaches next milestone level gets epic or pink weapon for that level

How to become an OFFICER and be a GOOD one

To become an Officer

you should match simple criteria:

1) be visible online and helpful to guild (helping lower levelled members by joining them and/or explaining game aspects)

2) spend some time in the guild (2-4 weeks)

3) be 36+ level


and complete 2 quests:

1) invite 10-15 members while being a recruiter

2) complete solo second Voleria map with no deaths or third Voleria map under 4 deaths




To be a good Officer

If you was promoted to the Officer rank than it means the Force is strong with you. Congratulations!!

But more power means more responsibility so think twice before applying

As the Officer of the Jedi Council you have duties:


1) Help members of the guild:

If a member asked for help - ask him if he really needs it and advise to invite more friends of his own level if his/hers team is less than 5. But if he repeats his request - you must join him and help (with Miner McGruck for example)

The only exception is you are running on enhancer (like Miner's Luck or XP Boost) and don't want to waste it in lower map. In this case you should explain this and tell him when you will be able to help

Use guild chat for such communications so all members will know the situation

Use pm only if the matter is private



2) Watch the discipline in the guild:

No-one in Jedi Council is allowed to beg. There is plenty of ways to earn credits - as from farming so from in-guild 'inviting' game. If you see a member begging - pm him precaution and explain how he can earn cash. If he/she continues to beg - pm second warning and propose your help in farming. If the member still continues - announce that in guild chat and boot him or her

Same ^^^ applies to cyber-bullying

Jedi Council IS NOT BOOTING for 'rushing' in PvP so if someone is complaining about JC member rushed them - just advise to rush back. No action is needed in this case



3) Welcome new members:

Explain them how to use guild chat and discount terminals in guild hall

Also - explain them the aspects of gameplay such as 'farming', 'grinding' etc. If they ask to level - tell them the best maps to do so

Power-levelling is allowed but not too much - let them hone their skills themselves - which is possible only through personal learning



4) Communicate with the GMs:

We are not ubiquitous - sometimes we have real-life issues and we rely on your help

Pm any important information in game or here on forums

Tell all you think is important - who left the guild and why, how many new members joined, who was helpful and deserves a promotion, any good ideas on contests were discussed among members etc.
