LVL 23-27 PVP tourney?

Im making a lvl 23-27 1v1 PvP tournament
Entry fee is 10k (no its not a scam)
No fbows or paws or chunkers
Matchups will be chosen at random
Tournament will be around the 6-8 of january
There will be 2 tournaments one for 23s and one for 26s both winners will recieve at least 50k but more if a lot of people
