include builds (skills and stat points) in loadouts

I think it would be nice if we could get separate loadouts for pvp and pve that include skills and stat point changes.

My preferred pve build differs dramatically from my pvp build and I am not going to spend 5 plats every time I want to play pve. Instead I'll just pve less which means I'll purchase less elixirs, less revives etc.

I think we need a slot for our pve builds and for our pvp builds and it should be free to switch between the two. I'd still be in favor of charging plat to change the skill and stat set ups in the pvp loadout but I'd like to be able to switch between the two for free.

If ur worried about people using both for pvp builds and changing as the match goes on u can just disable them when we are in the arena.
