    Default PvP & PvE Skill Sets on One Character

    It would be nice if we could use two separate builds for both pvp and pve. Kinda how we have the option to switch gear loadouts on the fly, it would be cool to swap skill loadouts at will. Maybe charge 20 plat to unlock the second skill set and the usual 5 plat to respec.
