I like th pl shield, for th honorable part, but I think it's a little overrated since people go to such fair extents *cough*MC*cough* to try and get one.

Problem with that is, devs don't want people to find a way to get tons of gold via platinum, and someone selling in town saying "S> flaming axes, swords and dark blades!" noobs will pay 5K for a 2 plat item making the platinum get you rich off gold. Thats why it costs a large amount of plat to buy gold.

Exactly, I know a lot of controversy was set from that happening, also when Bean got his there was a little controversy, and the helm drawing contest, but Violent getting one was by far the worst move IMO.

I haven't been around long enough to know the history. Who's Violent and what's he done for it? Funny I've never seen these PL shields in game. They look too much like Pharaohs.

i love my sheild, just wish it could be equipped like a vanity item. i end up never using it except when i make new characters.
