With this new campaign, there are incredible changes involving PvP rebalance and long-awaited implementations.
This campaign can be entered at level 75 and above. The campaign's plot once again returns to the original tale involving the land of Alterra. The Elf Queen has once again been captured by the nefarious Sea Devil, a serpent that lurks in the debts of the Sunken Abyss.
The new campaign features timed dungeons, since your avatar IS underwater.
If you don't finish within the time limit, you will begin to constantly lose HP.
There are also specific skills that cannot be used while underwater, as STS has finally implemented the principles of physics and logical sense.
For example, Firestorm does nothing underwater (enemies dodge and the skill retains a 0% hit rate), whereas any ice-featured casting spells such as Frostbite will have a stun time increase and damage multiplier.
There is also new campaign music that has a very catchy theme that will be added to the dungeons. Be sure to check the video link below to experience it.
In addition, new gear and a new elite vanity will be released, along with an NPC that provides banking systems and the first farmable pets.
Despite all these new advancements, there is however, a major modification to current game gear and PvP.
Along with all the new content, there are rumors of Forgotten weapons being removed and turned into vanities.
The final major point of this content update is the rebalance of PvP.
Mana shield will be given a decreased time, reducing the time that it is up by 5 seconds. Bear's taunt and evasion skills are cut by half in PvP. Rhinos and Vixens gain a 10% damage boost and 10% armor boost. Finally, Bird's Repulse Skill now has the ability to pop Mana Shields and is introduced as the first 13M skill in the game (changed from 12M).
