The lost mines are not the same as the Kraken Mines, she should be in a cave off the beaten trail of one of the dungeons in Dead City
Aecanium grounds -- then enter the cave and u will find it there
Thanks for the feedback. Do you need a quest in order for her to appear? I ask because I've walked through the Abandoned Mine/Lost Mage Mine off the Arcanum Grounds map, but I haven't seen her in there.

You have to kill a cretain number of enemies before Antee arrives. I go there everyday to farm off Antee for items. If you just speed right through the enemies, it won't appear. Try to eliminate all enemies around the big area. And don't get chased.
And it will for sure appear.
