A Humble Suggestion to STS

Look, i know that you need to earn money from the game. But please, just think about it. Why keep the Locked Grand crates? Sure, you get 15 plat per opening, and if a hundred thousand ppl open em, you get so much plat and therefore money that it boggles the mind. I hope you value players more than money. So many players have left because of these crates. Here's a suggestion: make a new chest that needs gold to open. it isn't profitable to you, but at least many people will stay in the game and not leave it to others. thanks for reading this.

this will probably never be solved as long as STS looks for money :'( soon, i might leave the game...

I may open a crate or two for the experience. But the experience told me it wasn't worth it. Then I hear all through the chat box of people being disappointed for opening these crates and also being disappointed. Finally, I look at these forums and again, I see disappointment and frustration.

And then I see someone with Glacien or McCraw.... and then I think my luck [despite the odds and everything I've experienced and heard] will change.

Perhaps a gambling disclaimer, like any other online gambling site or lotto game regarding the dangers of addiction, is in order. Also a disclaimer regarding minors being exposed to and participating in gambling activities is also necessary to at least adequately inform players of the financial risks associated with elements of the game.

Again, I think this is a great game with so much potential, but I think some of this stuff should be addressed to ensure its growth and longevity.

Honestly I like the crates the only thing.is the 15 plat to open if sts would just reconsideration and make it 5 that would make them worthwhile.

i like crates. just yesterday a couple of them saved one of my alts from going bankrupt.

i agree if that 15 plats contains no epic but legandary, mythic and arcane, i think its reasonable

What if you get three useless pinks all the time? Pinks can be sold for like 150g in the CS. If you're lucky you'll get a good one. But crates are a gamble...15 plat for maybe 1k gold in total? not me.
EDIT: you get 2 epics and one pink/mythic/arcane.

You can still play the game without even bothering of opening crates unless you wanna try your luck.
A lot of players obtained mythic or arcane through golds and be thankful, crates and items from it can be sold for all of us.

Let's face facts. The crates don't open themselves. And people are obviously opening them. A lot of them.

Dear commenters im posting my opinion and I mean no harm .
My opinion is :
1_ spacetime studios is as like as anyother company they need profits and btw they dont keep the game running for free
2_ arcane legends gave me lots of fun and good memories and im sure it could have gave you more fun so sts deserves to
get profits
3_ arcane legends players number is getting bigger in a magnificent way that means they are on the right way .

Note : supporting sts gives me nothing on the other hand I am only trying to tell the fact and the truth .

Meh what about the players who don't really use platinum and those who don't have a ton of money laying around to buy platinum, i can't really see them using 15 plat just to open a crate that might not give you anything. If they lowered it to 5 a lot more people would open them.

Also is the new elite mine worth spending 10 plat on

Yeah i was thinkin the same thing, They should implement all Items from Elite war chests/Pirates etc etc. The only way you can make money off crates now is by a lucky mythic/arcane. All the Crate legendaries drop to nothing within the first week people r level capped.
