Could you explain why this legendary weapon doesnt have an visual effect like captain's (electric) or abyssal (ice) please ?

I think, you should be add a visual effect to this legendary weapon.

Also Y is the bone chill not have an effect , like the cheaper bows from plat window. Maybe they should be swiched.
