The obvious ruling on the field was indefinate, There was a severe Foul, Running out buffs is a Flagrant.
Due to this call, The resoultion of both players was to replay the match winning point,
After The ruling the score was
10-9. Beartress Will Now advance to next round.
I had spammed Flag during the Fight in question. To no avail.

Errr i have some questions, first what if we run cause our buffs r really close to getting ready. Is that a flagrant? Second whats a tier?
In A 1v1 pvp match u both have your buffs ready before you fight. Also tier means: cosmos, rift, void are high tier.
Destiny, fate, havoc, are middle tier. And lower than that is low tier( Thoth, Horus, Isis, etc) thanks, correct me if I'm wrong.

Auctally thoth and isis are mid tier atm, Very rare.
Correct Above, He stunned then ran till other guy who buffed, lost his, then buffed and killed the unbuffed player.
Flagrant is foul which is called in play.
