Can you make shield stat based. Livegiver is stat based now at lvl 31 it has increased in the amount of health it recovers. But shield is still stuck at 500 health points. Also the damage dealt by mobs has gone up too. So now its getting less and less useful. It should scale with your int like your other skills. Non charged would be less and charged shield would give you the most damage absorption. Right now its 30% reduction for 10 seconds or until 500 health points. The amount of health points should go up as your int increases like every other skill.
